Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at luxeparagon.com (the "Site"), operated by Luxe Paragon ("Luxe Paragon," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Who We Are

Luxe Paragon is a holding company. Rather than operating a single line of business, it oversees a group of separate operating firms ("Firms"), each of which may run its own website, offer its own services, and maintain its own separate terms of service and privacy policy. As of the date above, Luxe Paragon's Firms include Vrailux (luxury designer handbag, wallet, and accessory authentication and appraisal, at vrailux.app) and Movenza (movenza.tech). Additional Firms may be added, and existing Firms may change, over time.

These Terms apply only to your use of luxeparagon.com itself — including browsing this Site, verifying a legacy certificate, and accessing a legacy member account as described below. They do not govern your use of any Firm's own website or services (for example, an authentication request submitted through vrailux.app), which are instead governed by that Firm's own terms, published on that Firm's own website.

2. Legacy Luxe Paragon Authentication Service

Before Luxe Paragon became a holding company, it directly operated an independent luxury designer authentication and appraisal service. That service is no longer accepting new submissions; all current authentication and appraisal requests are handled by Vrailux under Vrailux's own terms. Certificates previously issued by Luxe Paragon under that legacy service remain valid, and clients who used that legacy service ("Legacy Members") may continue to access their existing account, order history, certificates, and prior correspondence through this Site.

If you are a Legacy Member, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Contact us immediately through the contact page if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

3. Certificate Verification

The public certificate verification tool on this Site allows anyone to confirm whether a certificate number was issued by the legacy Luxe Paragon authentication service and its current status. Verification results reflect our internal records at the time of the request and are provided for informational purposes. An authentication opinion reflected in a certificate represents the professional judgment of the evaluator(s) who reviewed the item at that time; it is an expert opinion, not a guarantee, and does not constitute a legal determination of authenticity on behalf of any brand or manufacturer.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to, and not to attempt to:

  • Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or data on the Site, including any other Legacy Member's account;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site, its servers, or its networks, including by introducing malware, scraping at disruptive volume, or probing for vulnerabilities;
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or submit false information through the certificate verification tool or the contact form;
  • Use the Site to send unsolicited advertising or spam, including through the contact form; or
  • Copy, reproduce, or redistribute Site content beyond what is permitted under Section 6, without our prior written consent.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site, or to a Legacy Member account, for any violation of this Section.

5. Contact Form

The contact form on this Site is provided for genuine inquiries related to Luxe Paragon, this Site, legacy certificates, or Legacy Member accounts. It is monitored by Luxe Paragon staff and is not a substitute for the support channels of any Firm — for example, questions about an active Vrailux authentication request should go through vrailux.app directly. We use automated safeguards to filter spam and abusive submissions and reserve the right not to respond to messages that appear to be spam, abusive, or unrelated to Luxe Paragon.

6. Intellectual Property; Trademark Disclaimer

The Site itself — including its design, text, graphics, logos, and the Luxe Paragon name and mark — is owned by Luxe Paragon or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages from the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use, but may not otherwise copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Site without our prior written permission.

Brand names referenced on this Site — including but not limited to Louis Vuitton, Hermès, Chanel, Gucci, Dior, Prada, Burberry, Cartier, Valentino, Fendi, Balenciaga, Saint Laurent, Bottega Veneta, Celine, Loewe, and Goyard — are used solely to describe the categories of goods that our Firms evaluate, and are the trademarks and property of their respective owners. Marketplace and platform names referenced (including but not limited to Fashionphile, Poshmark, eBay, Vestiaire Collective, The RealReal, Rebag, Grailed, and Depop) are likewise the property of their respective owners. Neither Luxe Paragon nor any of its Firms is affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or otherwise officially connected with any brand, manufacturer, or marketplace named on this Site. Any such reference is nominative and descriptive only.

7. Third-Party Links

This Site links to websites operated by our own Firms (such as vrailux.app and movenza.tech) as well as, in places, to third-party marketplaces named for descriptive purposes. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site, including our own Firms' separately operated websites, each of which maintains its own terms and privacy policy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ON IT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY CERTIFICATE-VERIFICATION RESULT OR OTHER INFORMATION ON THE SITE IS COMPLETE OR CURRENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LUXE PARAGON AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100). NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS ANY LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

This limitation applies only to Luxe Paragon's operation of this Site. It does not apply to, and has no bearing on, any separate terms, liability, or obligations of any Firm (such as Vrailux) in connection with services that Firm provides under its own terms.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Luxe Paragon and its officers, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Insert State/Country of Incorporation — to be completed], without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
