This Privacy Policy explains how Luxe Paragon ("Luxe Paragon," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with luxeparagon.com (the "Site"). It covers this Site only. Our operating Firms — such as Vrailux at vrailux.app — collect and handle information for their own services under their own, separately published privacy policies.
1. Information We Collect
Legacy member accounts
If you were a client of the original Luxe Paragon authentication service, your account may include your name, email address, order and certificate history, and any messages exchanged with us through the Site's messaging feature. This information was collected when the legacy service was active and is retained so you can continue to access it.
Certificate verification
When you use the public certificate verification tool, we process the certificate number you enter in order to look up and display its status. We do not require an account or personal information to use this tool.
Contact form
When you submit the contact form, we collect the name, email address, subject, and message you provide, along with your IP address and browser user-agent string. The latter two are used only for spam and abuse prevention (see Section 4) and are not used to identify or track you for any other purpose.
Automatically collected information
Like most websites, our server automatically logs standard technical information for each request (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) for security and diagnostic purposes. The Site does not use third-party advertising trackers or analytics cookies; the only cookie the Site sets is a session cookie used to keep a Legacy Member signed in after they log in, which is deleted when they log out or their session expires.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information described above to:
- Provide legacy account access, order history, certificates, and message history to Legacy Members;
- Operate the certificate verification tool;
- Respond to messages submitted through the contact form;
- Detect, prevent, and investigate spam, abuse, or security issues; and
- Maintain and improve the Site.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
3. Marketing Emails
From time to time, we may email Legacy Members with updates about Luxe Paragon or its Firms, such as Vrailux. Every marketing email includes a one-click unsubscribe link. You may opt out at any time without affecting your ability to log in, verify certificates, or view your account history.
4. Contact Form Spam Prevention
The contact form uses a hidden field, a signed timestamp, and a submission-rate check to automatically filter out spam and automated submissions before they reach us. The IP address and user-agent collected for this purpose are retained only alongside the message itself and are used solely to identify and block abusive submission patterns.
5. How We Protect Information
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information stored on the Site, including access controls on our admin systems and encrypted connections (HTTPS) for traffic to and from the Site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Data Retention
We retain legacy member account and certificate records for as long as needed to honor certificate verification and to maintain accurate historical records, consistent with our obligations to former clients. Contact form submissions are retained as needed to respond to and keep a record of inquiries. You may request deletion of your personal information as described in Section 7, subject to any records we are legally required or reasonably need to keep (for example, certificate records that other parties may rely on to verify authenticity).
7. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain uses of it (for example, under the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation or the California Consumer Privacy Act). To exercise any of these rights, contact us through the contact page. We will respond within a reasonable time and in accordance with applicable law.
8. Children's Privacy
This Site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to remove it.
9. International Users
Luxe Paragon's legacy authentication clients and current Firms serve clients in multiple regions, including the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, Dubai (UAE), Japan, and the Philippines. If you access the Site from outside the country where our servers are located, your information may be transferred to and processed in that country.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
