Luxe Paragon allows users to permanently delete their account directly within the mobile application.

How to Delete Your Account

1. Log in to your Luxe Paragon account.
2. Open the Account section.
3. Select Delete Account.
4. Confirm your request.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account

When your account is deleted, your personal account information will be permanently removed from active systems.

• Name and profile information
• Email address
• Account credentials
• Stored account preferences

Data Retention

Certain records may be retained where required by law, fraud prevention requirements, accounting obligations, payment processing requirements, dispute resolution, or legitimate business interests.

Examples may include:

• Transaction and payment records
• Authentication reports already issued
• Records required for legal compliance
• Fraud prevention and security logs
