- Respond to photo requests promptly when additional information is needed

5. Authentication Outcomes
Depending on the information provided, Luxe Paragon may issue one of the following outcomes:
- Authentic — The item is consistent with known authentic references in our database.
- Not Authentic — The item does not align with known authentic references.
- Inconclusive — We cannot complete an assessment due to insufficient photo quality/detail and/or insufficient matching reference data.
6. Photo Requests & Inconclusive Results
If the materials you submit are insufficient for a professional review, we may request additional photos or details. If you do not provide requested information, or if photos remain unclear, incomplete, or inconsistent with requirements, we may issue an inconclusive result.
7. Reassessment Policy
Where available, you may request one reassessment per item. If a reassessment is performed, the second consecutive assessment is considered final. No third reassessment is guaranteed or required.
8. Intellectual Property
The website content, layouts, text, graphics, reports, certificates, and deliverables created by Luxe Paragon are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish Luxe Paragon materials without prior written consent, except as required for your personal records or permitted use.
