Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when refunds may or may not be issued for Luxe Paragon LLC services. Please review carefully before submitting a service request.

Important Notice. Luxe Paragon LLC provides professional, independent luxury authentication and appraisal services. By purchasing or using any service, you acknowledge and agree to the refund terms outlined below.

1. General Refund Policy

All Luxe Paragon services are digital, research-based, and time-intensive. Once a service request has been processed, reviewed, or delivered, fees are generally non-refundable, regardless of outcome.

Refund eligibility is limited and applies only in specific circumstances described in this policy.

2. Standard Authentication Service

  • Authentication fees are non-refundable once an assessment has been completed, including cases where the result is Authentic, Not Authentic, or Inconclusive.
  • A refund may be considered only if Luxe Paragon is unable to provide any assessment due solely to a lack of reference data in our internal database.
  • No refunds will be issued for inconclusive results caused by:
    • Insufficient, unclear, or low-quality photos
    • Missing required angles, details, or item information
    • Failure to provide additional photos when requested
Fair Use Principle: Time spent reviewing materials, researching references, and preparing professional conclusions constitutes delivery of service.

3. Add-On Services (Non-Refundable)

The following add-on services are non-refundable once processing has begun or delivery has occurred:

  • Authentication Findings Report (for Not Authentic items)
  • Priority / Rush Authentication
  • Price Valuation
  • Smart Certificate Tag
  • Any other optional or supplemental service offered at checkout or post-assessment

Price Valuation services are generally applicable only to items assessed as authentic, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

4. Pricing Transparency

All service pricing, inclusions, and optional add-ons are clearly displayed prior to purchase on our Pricing page: View Pricing.

By proceeding with payment, you confirm that you have reviewed and understood the pricing and refund conditions.

5. Duplicate Orders & User Error

Refunds will not be issued for duplicate submissions, incorrect service selections, or errors made by the user during checkout or form submission.

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Luxe Paragon may result in account restrictions and loss of access to future services.

Documentation of completed services, communications, and deliverables may be submitted to payment processors or financial institutions to contest unjustified chargebacks.

7. Refund Processing (If Applicable)

Approved refunds, if any, will be processed to the original payment method. Processing times typically range from 5 to 10 business days, depending on the payment provider.

8. Policy Changes

Luxe Paragon LLC reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on our website or associated platforms.

Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

9. Governing Law

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
