  • Authentication Findings Reports (for Not Authentic items) detailing the reasoning behind the result.
  • Optional add-ons: Priority Rush Authentication, Price Valuation, Smart Certificate Tag.

  • Luxe Paragon LLC is an independent, third-party luxury authentication service.
  • We are not affiliated, endorsed, or sponsored by any brands mentioned in our assessments, website, reports, or marketing content.
  • Brand names, logos, trademarks, and other intellectual property are used strictly for identification.
  • Our opinions are based on professional expertise and proprietary reference data. Users acknowledge that assessments are independent expert opinions and not guaranteed by brand owners.

  • Authentic – item matches reference and is consistent with known genuine examples.
  • Not Authentic – item does not align with authentic references.
  • Inconclusive – assessment cannot be completed due to insufficient photo quality or lack of matching reference data.

1.5 Reassessment Policy

  • Clients may request one reassessment per item.
  • The second consecutive assessment is final; no third reassessment will be accepted.

1.6 Limitation of Liability

  • Luxe Paragon provides independent expert opinions but does not guarantee outcomes.
  • Users agree that Luxe Paragon LLC is not liable for any financial loss, transactional dispute, or rejection from third parties based on our assessments.

2.1 Standard Authentication Service

  • Fees are non-refundable once authentication is completed, regardless of outcome.
  • Refunds may be considered only if inconclusive results are due to lack of reference data.
  • No refunds for inconclusive results caused by insufficient or unclear photos.

2.2 Add-On Services

  • Authentication Findings Report ($15 USD) – non-refundable, only for Not Authentic items.
  • Priority Rush Authentication ($15 USD) – non-refundable once processing begins.
  • Price Valuation ($5 USD) – non-refundable if item is Not Authentic or Inconclusive.
  • Smart Certificate Tag ($5 USD) – non-refundable once issued.

2.3 Refund Processing

  • Refunds, if applicable, are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
